3 The commissioned artworks are only digital goods and are for PERSONAL/SOCIAL MEDIA USE only!
4 For commercial use, negotiations with the artist will be required, as it would include additional fees and/or royalty-related fees.
5 The artist reserves the right to determine if additional fees are needed for detailed commissions due to their appearance (complex armor/fur/weapon details, etc.
6 The artist reserves the right to be able to decide on posting the finished commission (lower quality + watermarked) on social media or not unless they are asked not to do so at a certain time.
7 Clients have the right to use the commissioned artwork/s for personal use ONLY (have it printed ONLY for their own use, use it in your social media accounts or streams, your own graphic edits, etc.
8 You CANNOT RESELL the commissioned artwork/s to others! (no uploading on TeePublic, Redbubble, etc. to gain profit from it.
9 All commissioned artworks are not to be used in any form or part of minting of NFTs (non-fungible tokens) or be included in any cryptocurrency or blockchain systems!
10 All commissioned artworks are not to be used in any form or part of AI artworks!
11 The artist reserves the right to decline any commission request if they are unable to do so.
12 Major Changes can only be made in the Sketch phase, only minimal changes would be done after the coloring
13 There would be 3 revisions in the sketch and 1 in the colored version only
14 If artist mistakenly missed out on some details and finished the work , the artist would be responsible for the changes or if client misses out on something and the work is completed so a recorrection fee would be implemented
